Intense clarity.

The future is clear, and I can see, stretching out to the horizon. Commercialism will be our great trumpet. Globalisation will be the red carpet laid below the feet in honourary fashion. Capitalism, and capitalization. Jump now, or just hold your breath.

Am sick of the nay sayers. They are the medieval witch hunters. They claim the earth is flat. That the planets are suspended by angels. That the brain is used for cooling the blood. And that history should remain integrated with modernity. That as we move, we are not to shed the things that have gained a static redundancy.

No sir, you ideas and ideals are not lacking poignance, they are just a thousand years too late.

After all, we, as a species, are subject to decay in all aspects of our existence. Always at the pinnacle, but in consistent destruction and reconstruction. Like the shedding of skin cells, we leave a trail of the discarded as we move about time. This is neither good nor bad, it merely is. Glorious things have been lost through time. Marvellous, fantastic things. Horrible, deplorable things have come to pass. Mediocre, uninspired things. That, and all else in between. To which one can only wave good bye, and bask in the glow of the current, and the modern.

Please, do live in the moment. It is all one truly has.
