ich liebe dich: a short missive

i love you. and you should know it.

why have you not understood that i love you; why is it that you will never understand.

i love you for the reasons that other people hate you for. i love you for the reasons that remain neutral. i love you for no reason at all.

you may curse, you may scream, you may tear at others in a spiteful stance. you may dance, you may dream, you may buy crackers at your local supermarket.

gorgeous. unknown. no idea who you are. nor will ever find out.

all is good. all is just fine.

am sure to die of a broken heart.

am sure have died several times over.

in such a romantic state, have never been happier.

this is just a mirage. logic will thunder down with force of mathematical precision soon. and crush this poet's heart, on loan from the corner of college and yonge.
