Ah, this state. Such a coup d'etat. Wanting right away to print currency in large denominations. Set up a blank wall as a bill of rights. Distribute propaganda from air balloons. Write diplomatic postcards to foreign nations.

But, patience need be exercised. Aerobic style. To strengthen the heart.
