An edible list, and mid spring.

Foods that I have fallen in love with:
-Franz�s pistachio ice cream
-Mrs. M.�s gobi roti and pickled peppers
-espresso biscuits with ganache
-Madame A.�s asparagus with fresh vinaigrette
-Roasted young coconuts
-Combinations of fresh thyme and rosemary on brie
-a slice of good baguette soaked in red wine
-malai kofta with naan
-steamed butternut squash with butter and fresh flat leaf parsley
-pizza #15 (braised onions, gorgonzola, and fresh rosemary)
-Bernachon palets d�or

The trees are out in their spring finery, clad in heavy emerald.

�My leaves are quite elegant this season,� the maple informs the willow.

�Yes, they are quite,� the willow replies, �but they lack the tragic poetry of my swaying skirts.�

The air thick with water. The troublesome ceremony before any storm. Though I wish that the weather would dispense with such moist formalities, and proceed with the rain. It would be so much easier move about.
