A deep breath. Expel. Processes of alleviation. Scratches obsessively. Right arm, just below wrist. Left lower back. Right ankle. Chain smoking. The picking up of addictions. The mass consumption of cake.

An odd pounding, coming from the base of the skull. Irregular. Fades in and out. Like a child playing with the volume controls.

Some one needs to put a stop to this.
